Su modificación.
Sancionada: Setiembre 29 de 1988.
Promulgada: Octubre 21 de 1988.
Artículo 1° — Modifícase el inciso 2° del artículo 398 del Código Civil, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma:
Inciso 2°: Los mudos.
Art. 2° — Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo. — JUAN CARLOS PUGLIESE. — VICTOR H. MARTINEZ. — Carlos A. Bravo. — Antonio J. Macris.

Artículo 1° — Modifícase el inciso 2° del artículo 398 del Código Civil, el que quedará redactado de la siguiente forma:
