DECRETA:
Artículo 1° — Desígnase al doctor D. Gabriel LERNER (D.N.I. N° 14.872.833), en el cargo de Secretario de la SECRETARÍA DE PROGRAMACIÓN PARA LA PREVENCIÓN DE LA DROGADICCIÓN Y LA LUCHA CONTRA EL NARCOTRÁFICO de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACIÓN.
Art. 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. — Aníbal D. Fernández. — Aníbal F. Randazzo.
