Artículo 1º — Desígnase al SECRETARIO DE POLITICA ECONOMICA Y PLANIFICACION DEL DESARROLLO del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS Licenciado D. Axel KICILLOF (D.N.I. Nº 22.293.909) en el cargo de Subinterventor de YPF S.A.
(Nota Infoleg: por art. 3° del Decreto N° 732/2012 B.O. 16/5/2012 se prorroga por un plazo de TREINTA (30) días, la designación como Subinterventor de YPF Sociedad Anónima y de Repsol YPF GAS S.A., del SECRETARIO DE POLITICA ECONOMICA Y PLANIFICACION DEL DESARROLLO del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS Licenciado D. Axel KICILLOF (D.N.I. Nº 22.293.909))
