Artículo 1º — Desígnase Subsecretario de Seguridad y Protección Civil de la SECRETARIA DE SEGURIDAD INTERIOR de la PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION al doctor D. Carlos María Vilas (DNI Nº 5.326.078).
