NOMBRASE EN EL MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, FUNCIONARIO DE LA CATEGORIA A EMBAJADOR EXTRAORDINARIO Y PLENIPOTENCIARIO, AL SEÑOR D. CARLOS LEONARDO DE LA ROSA (L.E. NRO. 6.906.319), DE CONFORMIDAD CON LO ESTABLECIDO POR EL ARTICULO 5RO. DE LA LEY NRO. 20.957 DEL SERVICIO EXTERIOR DE LA NACION.

Nómbrase Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario.

VISTO el Acuerdo prestado por el HONORABLE SENADO DE LA NACION; lo dispuesto por el artículo 5° de la Ley N° 20.957 del Servicio Exterior de la Nación; la vacante existente en el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, y de acuerdo con las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1° — Nómbrase en el MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES, COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL Y CULTO, funcionario de la categoría "A" Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario, al señor D. Carlos Leonardo de la ROSA (L.E. N° 6.906.319), de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 5° de la Ley N° 20.957 del Servicio Exterior de la Nación.
Art. 2° — El gasto que origine el cumplimiento del presente Decreto, se imputará a las partidas específicas del presupuesto del citado Ministerio.
Art. 3° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — DUHALDE. — Carlos F. Ruckauf.
