DESIGNASE SECRETARIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES DEL MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO, AL SEÑOR MINISTRO PLENIPOTENCIARIO DE PRIMERA CLASE D. CARLOS MARIO FORADORI (D.N.I. N° 13.133.457). ASIGNASE LA CATEGORIA DE EMBAJADOR EXTRAORDINARIO Y PLENIPOTENCIARIO, AL SOLO EFECTO DEL RANGO PROTOCOLAR, CONFORME LO ESTABLECE EL ARTICULO 7° DE LA LEY DEL SERVICIO EXTERIOR DE LA NACION N° 20.957, AL SEÑOR MINISTRO PLENIPOTENCIARIO DE PRIMERA CLASE D. CARLOS MARIO FORADORI, MIENTRAS DURE EL DESEMPEÑO DE SUS FUNCIONES COMO SECRETARIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES DEL MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO.

Desígnase Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores.

VISTO el Artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCIÓN NACIONAL.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1° — Desígnase Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO, al señor Ministro Plenipotenciario de Primera Clase D. Carlos Mario FORADORI (D.N.I. N° 13.133.457).
Art. 2° — Asígnase la categoría de Embajador Extraordinario y Plenipotenciario, al sólo efecto del rango protocolar, conforme lo establece el Artículo 7° de la Ley del Servicio Exterior de la Nación N° 20.957, al señor Ministro Plenipotenciario de Primera Clase D. Carlos Mario FORADORI, mientras dure el desempeño de sus funciones como Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores del MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO.
Art. 3° — Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento del presente decreto se imputarán a las partidas específicas del presupuesto de la Jurisdicción 35 - MINISTERIO DE RELACIONES EXTERIORES Y CULTO.
Art. 4° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — MACRI. — Susana M. Malcorra.
