RECTIFICASE EL ARTICULO 1° DEL DECRETO N° 218 DE FECHA 30 DE MARZO DE 2017, EN LOS SIGUIENTES TERMINOS: “ARTICULO 1°.- DESIGNASE DIRECTOR EJECUTIVO DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS, AL LICENCIADO SERGIO DANIEL CASSINOTTI (D.N.I. N° 13.717.384).”

Rectificación. Decreto N° 218/2017.

VISTO el Decreto N° 218 de fecha 30 de marzo de 2017 y lo solicitado por el MINISTERIO DE SALUD, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante el mismo se designó Director Ejecutivo del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS, al doctor Sergio Daniel CASSINOTTI (D.N.I. N° 13.717.384).
Que por un error material involuntario se consignó erróneamente el título de grado del señor CASSINOTTI.
Que la presente medida se dicta en ejercicio de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 101 del Reglamento de Procedimientos Administrativos. Decreto 1759/72 T.O. 1991.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1°.- Rectifícase el artículo 1° del Decreto N° 218 de fecha 30 de marzo de 2017, en los siguientes términos:
“ARTÍCULO 1°.- Desígnase Director Ejecutivo del INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES PARA JUBILADOS Y PENSIONADOS, al Licenciado Sergio Daniel CASSINOTTI (D.N.I. N° 13.717.384).”
ARTÍCULO 2°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCION NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese. — MACRI. — Jorge Daniel Lemus.
