AMPLIASE EL SAMARIO ADMINISTRATIVO ORDENADO MEDIANTE DECRETO NRO. 1016/2000, A EFECTOS DE INCLUIR EN SU OBJETO DE INVESTIGACION LAS PRESUNTAS IRREGULARIDADES RELACIONADAS CON LAS OBRAS REALIZADAS EN EL CENTRO AGROTECNICO EDUCATIVO Y DETERMINAR LA EVENTUAL RESPONSABILIDAD QUE PUDIERA CABERLE AL ENTONCES DIRECTOR DEL HOSPITAL NACIONAL BALDOMERO SOMMER, DOCTOR RAUL AMALIO BAUDINO.

Amplíase el samario administrativo ordenado mediante Decreto N° 1016/2000, a efectos de incluir en su objeto de investigación las presuntas irregularidades relacionadas con las obras realizadas en el Centro Agrotécnico Educativo y determinar la eventual responsabilidad que pudiera caberle al entonces Director del Hospital Nacional "Baldomero Sommer", Doctor Raúl Amalio Baudino.
