ACEPTASE LA RENUNCIA PRESENTADA POR D. ROQUE MACCARONE (M.I. NRO. 4.097.258), AL CARGO DE PRESIDENTE DEL BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA.

Acéptase la renuncia del Presidente.

VISTO la renuncia presentada por el Presidente del BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, D. Roque MACCARONE, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que compete al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL dictar la medida pertinente, en virtud de lo establecido por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1° — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por D. Roque MACCARONE (M.I. N° 4.097.258), al cargo de Presidente del BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA.
Art. 2° – Agradécese al citado funcionario los importantes servicios prestados en el cumplimiento de las funciones que le fueran oportunamente encomendadas.
