ACEPTASE LA RENUNCIA PRESENTADA POR EL DOCTOR D. RAUL HUGO RAMIREZ (M.I. NRO. 11.574.068) AL CARGO DE SUBSECRETARIO DE LA SUBSECRETARIA LEGAL DEL MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS. DESIGNASE SUBSECRETARIO DE LA SUBSECRETARIA LEGAL DEL MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS AL DOCTOR D. RAFAEL ENRIQUE LLORENS (M.I. NRO. 20.696.111).

Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Subsecretario Legal. Desígnase a su reemplazante.

VISTO el Expediente Nº S01:0285635/2006 del Registro del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que el Doctor D. Raúl Hugo RAMIREZ (M.I. Nº 11.574.068) ha presentado su renuncia como Subsecretario de la Subsecretaría Legal del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS.
Que en consecuencia, corresponde proceder a aceptar la renuncia antes mencionada.
Que el Doctor D. Rafael Enrique LLORENS (M.I. Nº 20.696.111) reúne los requisitos necesarios conforme lo acreditan sus antecedentes técnicos y profesionales, para desempeñar el cargo antes mencionado.
Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el Artículo 99, incisos 1 y 7, de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
Artículo 1º — Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Doctor D. Raúl Hugo RAMIREZ (M.I. Nº 11.574.068) al cargo de Subsecretario de la Subsecretaría Legal del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS.
Art. 2º — Desígnase Subsecretario de la Subsecretaría Legal del MINISTERIO DE PLANIFICACION FEDERAL, INVERSION PUBLICA Y SERVICIOS al Doctor D. Rafael Enrique LLORENS (M.I. Nº 20.696.111).
